Control Interno en la Cooperativa de Transporte de Rutas Vinceñas

The company to which reference will be made is the Rutas Vinceñas Transport Cooperative which personifies the place where the present case study was carried out with the theme: INTERNAL CONTROL IN THE VINCEÑAS ROUTES TRANSPORTATION COOPERATIVE; it is determined in the research sub-line Financial Management and Social Commitment, considering that it is of the utmost importance since internal control at present is one of the most relevant tools for the business sector, be it public or private. The Cooperativa de Transporte de Rutas Vinceñas is a company that is dedicated to provide transport and parcel service to the population of Canton Vinces and its surrounding areas. For the optimal development of this case study, it was established to take into consideration several aspects that revolve around the management of internal control that takes place in each of the areas that make up the company in question, respectively, prior to the activities carried out in management, accounting and sale of services, because in the absence of guidelines and responsibilities for officials, in addition to lack of rules and policies, the work is carried out improvised and without the supervision of immediate superiors who guarantee the actions of those who collaborate in the same what it entails to that the existing information and registries do not generate the greater necessary reliability.
