要約:The purpose of this research was to include completely pulverized cannabis or hemp for Broiler Cobb 500 chickens in the beverage and evaluate its effect on weight, reaching slaughter to check if it is suitable for human consumption. The methodology used was quantitative using a completely random model. 96 Broiler chickens of the Cobb 500 line were used, distributed in three repetitions of 8 experimental units in each group. These treatments consisted of; T0: 10 liters of drinking water without cannabis; T1: 10 liters of water plus 20 g of cannabis, and T2: 10 liters of water + 30 g of cannabis; T3: 10 liters of water + 40 g of cannabis. Determining basic physical - basic chemical tests such as pH, also passing through judges who verified whether the chicken raised with cannabis in its diet was suitable or not for consumption. The test that stood out with a characteristic chicken flavor was sample 4 of treatment 3 with 40 g of cannabis. Giving favorable results on the use of cannabis diluted in drinking water as a growth promoter according to the statistical methodology applied related to the medical part where a non-parametric test was applied and within there was no significant difference in weight gain and with a lower feed conversion than normal is this breed of chickens
