El objetivo del presente estudio de caso, es conocer el estado en el que se encuentran los ingresos y gastos operacionales del comercial Centro Plast del Cantón Babahoyo, mediante un análisis significativo del periodo 2020 y el periodo 2021. Por ello, se implementó el método descriptivo, y mediante el análisis se pudo detectar que, en el año 2020 sus gastos operacionales bajaron mucho más en comparación al año 2021, todo eso ocasionó el bajo nivel de ventas, lo que a su vez provocó que, el pago de sueldos disminuya y exista reducción de personal.
