This case study is about how the administration is developed in the Rural Parochial Autonomous Government of Ricaurte, because there are certain drawbacks within the work environment, such as the inadequate allocation of functions that leads to generating the overload of activities in certain public officials, also the payment delay in salaries is presented, which causes dissatisfaction and annoyances in the collaborators. |
