Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The present investigation is linked in the information that exists in the Collection system of the urban and rural properties of the Urdaneta Canton of the province of Los Ríos, through the land inspection system in the different sectors of this location. Where the integrated process of the properties is present, the same as allows economic, social development, land administration, urban planning and regional, environmental monitoring, and sustainable development; therefore capture, store and retains comprehensive training on urban and rural real estate located in the National territory. The incorporation of the real property that is related in the Collection System of the urban and rural properties of the Urdaneta Canton of the province of Los Ríos is carried out by registering the cadastre within the training processes, which does not constitute a domain title, or sanitize the vices that have the respective property. The cadastre department is one that is not linked to its tools respective to procure and guarantee the system of spatial arrangement with development goals, through the appropriate, accurate, and timely definition of the three most relevant aspects of real estate property: physical description, legal situation, and economic value, are important factors to keep clear the different situations related in the department that develops the investigation. The purpose of this project is to have ideas or alternatives that help improve the Property Collection System. At the same time reach an outstanding level of attention to the user, providing speed and clear and precise training of the Cadastre department. Within the development of the work will be determined by means of the research line development of information systems with the purpose of improving the activities in the cadastre department, where it will go hand in hand with the inductive method within the Investigation process |
