| Zusammenfassung: | The present clinical case is focused on a 48-year-old patient who came to the emergency area due to colicky pain, nausea, facial pallor, pelvic pain, low back pain and transvaginal bleeding in abundant amounts of ± 24 hours of evolution. However, once the patient was stabilized, vital signs were taken where blood pressure: 130 / 90mmHg, heart rate: 98xmin, respiratory rate: 20xmin, axillary temperature: 36.9ºC and oxygen saturation: 96%. And the doctor orders urinalysis, hematology and blood chemistry tests, plus cranial computed tomography, cervical and abdominal computed tomography with contrast. The physical assessment was performed using Marjorie Gordon's functional patterns in order to identify which dysfunctional patterns are compromising the patient's health status. Patient is transferred to Gynecology I area, to prepare for a hysterectomy surgery. Where the Nursing Care Process was developed in order to develop an ideal nursing care plan, using the Nanda, Nic and Noc taxonomies as essential tools in order to meet our objectives proposed in this clinical case study. |
