Estudio comparativo de los kpi financieros y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la Estación de Servicios Ventanas, Cantón Ventanas, periodo 2022

This research project focuses on analyzing how the financial KPIs affect the decision making of the company Estación de Servicios Ventanas, which has the economic function of selling fuel, this being its main source of income. The company presents its financial statements annually, but in the last period has had complications when studying and analyzing its performance indicators, therefore, this problem has influenced the financial decision making, which negatively affects its financial performance, so in this work was determined the objective of conducting a comparative study to determine how the financial KPIs affect the decision making of the company Estación de Servicios Ventanas, because the economic stability of any company depends on the application and evaluation of financial indicators that reveal its profitability, liquidity and solvency in the market because the indicators not only play a crucial role in providing objective information on financial performance, but also analyze whether the company has experienced growth in its revenues. Therefore, the information is verified through these tools and techniques that were required.
