The objective of this study is to know the screening tests currently available for the diagnosis of Lung Cancer to start with the appropriate treatment.El presente caso clínico se orienta a paciente masculino de 75 años con un cuadro clínico caracterizado por dificultad respiratoria, tos con sangre, incluso en pequeñas cantidades, dolor agudo en el pecho, dolor de huesos y dolor de cabeza. Muestra como antecedente Cáncer de Pulmón, tiene una tomografía computarizada de pulmón en donde se observó carcinomas de tamaños pequeños localizados en la región central de ambos pulmones. Este caso clínico tiene en fin de conocer cuáles son las posibilidades que pueden tener estas personas de mejorar su vida; a la vez de la necesidad que tienen que conocer cómo llevar su vida integradora a la sociedad.
