Shrnutí:This research was conducted at the school of basic education "may 24" of the Quevedo Canton province of Los Ríos, during the period from 2013-2014, in which participated students demonstrating their creative development that has been covered in various studies and psychological theories such as the cognitive, constructivist, and components, such as the institutional context and the Social context resources that were offered to students is a new instructional material that includes an instructional design and strategies of problem solving in the absence of development of their creativity. The need to motivate, and encourage, the students in their teaching process learning led me to see the reality that children needed help for the development in their academic studies and is because of this that is born the interest of teachers guide their students so that their acquired learning is not monotonous but rather a dynamic and creative learning. The objectives for the purposes of this research had to do with the determination of the teaching-learning processes for the application of creativity in the development of thinking, identifying the skills and psychomotor skills that help to assess the degree of creativity, creativity development and the establishment of learning strategies know-how to improve the development of students ' innovative thinking. The theoretical framework of research was formed by a set of concepts that underlie the problem in question, including: creativity, education, the role of the teacher in the classroom, the creative class and the development of the creative talent. 13 The survey was the technique used for the evaluation of the perception of the students, teachers and parents with respect to the thematic study, and that for purposes of it was used a questionnaire 7, 5 and 7 respectively. The results of the research have to do with graphical representation applied surveys, which had the purpose of assessing the creativity and the development of innovative or imaginative thinking of the mixed tax school students "may 24". Within the study's conclusions highlight the impact that children receive to change the methodology of work since it will become a motivational for each impulse since they feel motivated to do their schoolwork. Furthermore, that teachers are properly trained to meet the requirements of students in a quick way, practice and generator of creative situations. The proposal to implement is based on the development of learning strategies that improve the development of innovative and/or imaginative thinking of students.
