En muchas ocasiones el manejo, control y correcto uso de los bienes administrativos de larga duración, en el sector público ha sido un problema a través del tiempo para estas, y con ello ha desencadenado en la mala organización de sus recursos a pesar de la existencia de los manuales y sistemas que ayudan a llevar el control de los mismos.
