Preeclampsia and subsequent Eclampsia during the second half of pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology is one of the most complex pathologies because it can cause serious complications in fetal development, and even lead to the death of the mother or fetus. The actions carried out in the emergency area are in accordance with the management protocols of the Ministry of Public Health, but I must emphasize that the delay in identifying the symptoms can lead to serious complications for the mother. |

El objetivo es Determinar las causas de muerte materna en embarazo adolescente, realizando el estudio de un caso clínico en donde se analizaron las variables obtenidas de la Historia Clínica Materno Perinatal del Ministerio de Salud Pública. La preeclampsia y posterior Eclampsia durante la segunda mitad del embarazo en obstetricia y ginecología es una de las patologías más complejas porque puede causar graves complicaciones en el desarrollo fetal, e incluso llegar a la muerte de la madre o el feto.
