During hospital admission, care plans were drawn up that detailed the Nursing Diagnoses that were related to the patient's signs and symptoms, through a planning of the possible results, the interventions that guided the recovery of the patient were determined along with the medical treatment. In conclusion, the continuous study of this disease and the systematic observation of the patient allowed the development of the nursing process that contributed to providing quality care and warmth, promoting patient comfort. |

El siguiente estudio de caso se presentar la historia clinica de un paciente de sexo masculino de 34 años de edad presentando cuadroclinico de24 horas por dolor abdominal a nivel de epigastrio irriado a fosa iliaca derecha, lo cual deciden intervención por quirofano.El objetivo fundamental de la realziación del caso clinico es la aplicación del Proceso de Atención de Enfermeria en un paciente diagnosticado con apendicitis donde se identifico los problemas de salud mas prevalente en el paciente, la explicación en el marco teórica indica que la sintomatologia de esta enfermedad es muy variada lo cual que por medio de imágenes permiten diagnosticar con seguridad la enfermedad. Durante el ingreso hospitalario se elaboro planes de cuidado que detallara los Diagnosticos Enfermeros que estuvierron relacionados con los signos y sintomas del paciente, mediante una planificación de los posibles resultados se determino las intervenciones que guiaron a la recuperación del paciente junto con el tratamiento médico.
