Ansiedad y su afectación en las relaciones familiares de un paciente de 22 años

Through the following case study, we seek to publicize the problems that are currently evident in the “San Juan Parish”, being this, anxiety and its affectation in the family relationships of a 22-year-old patient, which was manifested in the youth through signs and symptoms at an emotional and physiological level such as: palpitations, tremors, irritability, worry, fear, anxiety. Causing that they are reflected in the family environment, causing arguments with parents, lack of communication, among others. Through the techniques applied to collect data, such as psychometric tools, interviews and tics, an inferential psychodiagnostics was obtained, it can be known that exposing a young person to various stressors can cause serious anxiety problems. and these have repercussions on the family, therefore it seeks to solve the problem raised with the systemic-family approach, which not only focuses on the person who suffers the problem but also gives guidelines to the family in order to achieve a change in the individual.
