MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN Y SU IMPACTO DE LA GESTIÓN REALIZADA POR LOS GAD DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS

This research work is based on the information gathered from the theoretical references published on the media and the impact on the management carried out by the GADs of the province of Los Ríos. The general objective is to determine the impact of the media on the management carried out by the GADs of the province of Los Ríos, for this it is necessary to know the incidence of collaborative actions by any media in each of the cantonal institutions. The research was developed with a qualitative research approach that allowed collecting, analyzing and consolidating the research in a qualitative way, thus reaching a level of exploratory inquiry. The present topic is approached since it presents an innovative character of descriptive type that allows working on the reality of a study and an existing problem. The results of the study reflected that the media have a direct influence on the evidence of the work done in the decentralized autonomous governments of the province of Los Rios, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador manages the public administration that must contribute to a service to the community governed by the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, quality, hierarchy, planning and transparency; a process that must be evidenced by the community and the people of the province of Los Rios.
