Samenvatting:Customer service is the service provided by an organization to have a relationship with consumers and anticipate the satisfaction of their needs, it is an effective instrument to interact with consumers by providing correct guidance to affirm the appropriate use of a product or service. The objective of this case study is to find out why the lack of customer service on the part of the workers of the Distribuidora Marc Sol de la Ciudad De Quevedo The methodology used for the development of the research has a descriptive scope, in addition, the deductive and inductive methods were used and an interview was applied to the owner manager of the Distribuidora Marc Sol of the city of Quevedo, and a survey directed to the workers of said distributor with questions related to the subject of analysis. The results of the investigation allowed determining a series of irregularities on the part of the workers, mostly due to the lack of attention to customers The study concludes that one of the main problems they have is the lack of attention to customers, generating losses, in addition to the workers, they do not show immediate interest in dealing with consumers or seek a way to solve their problems
