Резюме:The present investigative work tries to collaborate on the reality of the students of the Educational Unit José María Velasco Ibarra, this group has been chosen for the present work because the characteristic of its age allows to extract the information about the intrafamiliar violence. Through the analysis of the author's part, it will be possible to determine the impact on the academic maladjustment of each student, understanding that these experiences mark their lives with short and long-term consequences in the development of their personality, preparing the teacher to face this type of situation , and know how to use the best strategies to help both the child and the family members. For this reason it is important that the teacher, parents and institutions know the Childhood and Adolescence Code, the same that is relevant to prescribe the actions of care and protection of the child, since in the country this law protects the compliance with their rights and duties, with this premise will be understood the responsibility of the teacher not only as representative of knowledge but also their social responsibility. The process for the collection of information has been based on the application of surveys to parents, direct observation of students in their classrooms, interviews with teachers, managers and psychology staff. As a solution, it is proposed to help parents, since violence is physical or psychological, so responsibility as an Educational Institution is manifested through guidance and communication with representatives and activities to solve This problem is directed towards them.
