Planificación e organización de oficina y su aporte en los procesos administrativos de la radio soberana 98.7 del cantón Echeandía, de la Provincia Bolívar en el período 2021

This case study is aimed at Identifying the office planning and organization report in the administrative processes of Radio Soberana 98.7 of the Echeandía canton in Bolívar province in the 2021 period. A good program of implementation and development of various management processes administrative, favors progress by carrying out the procedure efficiently, therefore, it is intended to carry out an exhaustive investigation into the origin of the problem, to continue with the development of the subject. Since in such a way we will get to the main point of the cause and once we will be able to propose solutions that are consistent with the results obtained. To advance the investigation, the deductive method was used; in terms of technique, the interview was used, which was conducted directly, with the Manager and owner of Radio Soberana 98.7, using open questions as an instrument in order to obtain information detailed. In such a way that it significantly helped to collect data about the management of the four stages, as they are; planning, organization, direction and control. Regarding the development of this project, the administrative management will benefit and will finally obtain positive results in the 2021 period.
