Sumari:The present research project with the topic: "Personnel management and its impact on job performance in the JATNET internet company in the city of Babahoyo, period 2023." In such a way that the problem arose where the research-oriented objectives are established, in which the theoretical framework was developed with the respective sources of information collection. In addition, the same hypothesis was established that says: "The implementation of a performance management system is based on quantitative indicators and a periodic training mechanism, which would significantly increase the productivity of employees in the customer service area in the company." JATNET internet company in the city of Babahoyo during the period 2023.” The purpose of this project, once the respective analysis of the results has been carried out, is framed in developing periodic training workshops on Personnel Management and Work Performance to improve the work performance of employees in the JATNET internet company. These trainings seek to generate greater profitability in the company through adequate knowledge in the area of customer service on the part of its collaborators. Continuing with the methodology, the information was collected and processed, which was obtained through the application of surveys for the administrative and operational staff of the company and also an interview with the general manager. In this way we obtained the conclusions and recommendations, the same ones that allowed us to formulate the proposal in order to improve the work performance of the employees of the JATNET internet company in the city of Babahoyo.
