Control de ingresos e egresos de la Piladora ¨Vigeli¨ ubicada en el Recinto La Maritza perteneciente al Cantón Montalvo, período 2022

This case study was carried out in the Piladora Vigeli located in the La Maritza compound belonging to the Montalvo canton, this company is dedicated to providing services such as drying, pounding rice and the sale of pounded rice, among others, this company can be visualize some shortcomings within its internal control, with the objective of analyzing the control of income and expenses in the Vigeli mill to find out if the company is generating losses or profits with the purpose of designing accounting strategies to improve the control of income and expenses In the company, the method that was used is qualitative and quantitative, which allowed the collection of information from the interview with the owner and the survey of employees, reflecting how the problems that most significantly affect the Vigeli piler occurred. In the investigation carried out in the Piladora Vigeli, the following results were compiled, they do not record the income and expenses of the activities carried out daily, they lack inventory control of existing products, they do not have an accounting system, they do not issue physical / digital invoices , reaching the conclusion that the lack of the presence of an accountant did not cause the owner to have inadequate accounting and financial management, in this way it has negatively influenced the profitability of the company, since it does not allow knowing if the company is generating profit or loss.
