Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | Bronchiolitis is a contagious inflammation of the respiratory tract, one of the most important causes of epidemiological outbreaks with high morbidity and mortality, very common in children under 5 years of age, it is also an observable disease, because its symptoms usually persist several days after the infection. Onset complications include dyspnea or dyspnea at rest, tachycardia, persistent cough, hyperthermia, tachypnea, and bradypnea. This infectious agent has no effect when appropriate therapy is used, but the bronchi are susceptible to irritant reactions. The fundamental objective with which this case study was carried out was to provide scientific knowledge of the medical conditions treated and thus develop a care process for 10-month-old patients with acute bronchiolitis. For this reason we carry out a comprehensive evaluation using Marjorie Gordon's 11 functional patterns, we identify altered patterns and use this model to identify the necessary ones. Create an appropriate plan of care to deliver the intervention. And we obtain the expected result: improvement in the patient. |
