Comportamiento agronómico del cultivo de Remolacha (beta vulgaris l.), variedad “tall top early wonder agf” sembrada en diferentes distanciamientos, en la zona de Babahoyo

This research was performed in the grounds of the Experimental Farm "San Pablo", Faculty of Agricultural Sciences , Technical University of Babahoyo , located 7.5 km from the satellite Babahoyo -Montalvo , with geographic coordinates 79 ' 32 ' west longitude and south latitude and 01o49'de altitude of 8 m Beet variety certified "Tall top early AGF wonder " obtained Riobamba area was used. Treatments were made by different planting distances of 0.15 mx 0.20 m (control) , 0.20 mx 0.20 m , 0.25 mx 0.20 m , 0.30 mx 0.20 m 0 40 mx 0,20 m . For the analysis of the experimental design treatments “randomized complete blocks " with 5 treatments and 3 replications using the Tukey test at the 5% level , according to the averages found was used. All the necessary works were made that requires the cultivation for their normal development, such as analysis of the floor, analysis of water, preparation of the land, siembra, watering, fertilization, control of overgrowths, control of insects and illnesses and it harvests. The following data days they were evaluated to the germination, plant height, number of leaves, longitude of the fruit, diameter of the fruit, weight of the fruit, yield and economic analysis. According to the interpretation of the results it was obtained that the variety of Beet (Beta vulgaris L.), variety "Tall Top Early Wonder Agf" he/she obtained good behavior agronomic and excellent germination in the area of Babahoyo; at the 30, 45, 60 days after the siembra and to the crop in plant height the distancing of siembra of 0,30 x prevailed 0,20 m; while in number of leaves the distancing of siembra of 0,40 x stood out 0,20 m; the distancing of siembra of 0,30 x 0,20 m reported bigger weight of the fruit (193,37 g) and yield (13,91 t/ha) and all the siembra distancings obtained profitable results, standing out the distance of 0,30 x 0,20 m with more net profit ($2976,65).
