Gestión administrativa de la empresa agropecuaria jara de la ciudad de Vinces, Provincia de Los Ríos.

The realization of this case study is based on the administrative management of the company Agropecuaria Jara of the city of Vinces, which has allowed to identify that within its administrative procedures there are anomalies such as gaps, that has caused representative effects, evidenced that there are no specific goals, objectives and strategies, allowing the worker to have a breach in their activities, since they are not planned in an adequate manner. Therefore, the importance of this analysis is raised as an outlet and way to assess what has been executed during a certain time, and in this way, be able to implement changes that lead the company to have a better development and competitiveness in the market. market. With the completion of the interview that was applied to the manager of the company and the surveys that were made to the employees, it was possible to obtain data and information that allowed corroborating each of the problems that were identified at the beginning of this work, being visible , that through the executed analysis, it was possible to capture different aspects that are related to administrative management, guiding in this way, that each process, objective, goal and strategy be fully fulfilled, fundamentally applying the administrative axes such as planning, organization, direction and control.
