The information obtained is analyzed, simplified and integrated to answer the topic of this research "Remote sensing of weeds in the cultivation of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) in the Milagro canton". The investigation affirms that sugarcane cultivation is one of the most important in the country due to the variety of derivatives produced from it and the economic impact it produces with the entire agricultural and productive environment of the area. Within the subject of study, it is about the population of weeds that attack and reduce the production of the crop, generating a higher cost of production. The use of technology in the agricultural system leads us to studies on how remote sensing of weeds helps in different crops, this indicates that we can have a better management of weeds in the cultivation of sugar cane in the area of Cantón Milagro through the use of technology such as drones that are monitored through computer programs; to locate the weed population and give it an adjusted treatment at a determined cost without exceeding its item.

La información obtenida es analizada, simplificada e integrada para responder el tema de esta investigación “Teledetección de malezas en el cultivo de caña de azúcar (Saccharum officinarum) en el cantón Milagro”. La investigación afirma que el cultivo de caña es uno de los más importantes del país debido a la variedad de derivados que se produce del mismo y el impacto económico que produce con todo el entorno agrícola y productivo de la zona. Dentro del tema de estudio se trata sobre la población de malezas que atacan y merman la producción del cultivo; generando un mayor costo de producción.
