La presencia de violencia intrafamiliar en donde se describe los tres de tipos de violencia ya sean psicológicas, físicas o verbales estas son las que los dirigen al divorcio, y cuando niños(as) de por medio, entendemos ya que los niños son los más vulnerables que no entienden en su mayoría el acto de sus padres, se atemorizan la consecuencia que lo rodea.
