總結:In the present case study, a micro-company named "Librería y Copiadora Escobar" will be approached, which in the research carried out both to its customers, owners and employees has allowed to collect information and data in order to have a better understanding of its structure, balance and deficiencies that have occurred in it during the period 2019 - 2020. This research is developed throughout this work called development, in it it will focus in a subjective and objective way to the results of the surveys applied to the various groups involved in the operation of the bookstore; These elements are: the owner, the collaborators and the clientele, these three gears are those that make the motor of the productivity of the Escobar bookstore and copier turn and based on the data obtained, a definitive conclusion will be reached under the question of what Is it due to the low level of sales in the period mentioned in the bookstore ?; The research will be supported with bibliographic citations that will help to understand the depth of the research in a rough way in a scientific way and finally the chapter will be closed with interesting annexes.
