Proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente femenino con colelitiasis.

The appearance of pain in great intensity, generally located in the right hypochondrium with irradiation to the lumbar region, is a common clinical picture in patients with cholelithiasis, this pathology demands exhaustive monitoring and adequate assessment by the nursing staff, for this reason it was considered as objective of this study, the development of a nursing care process in a female patient with cholelithiasis, using the nursing diagnosis. During the study, a care plan was applied where, through it, the nursing staff demonstrated the skills and knowledge during the direct care of the patient, thus achieving clinical improvement. At the end of the clinical case study, the objectives set were achieved, which were based on the identification of clinical manifestations, the determination of the patient's requirements derived from the anamnesis, physical examination, and relevance in the findings of the functional patterns and the establishment of nursing interventions taking into account the needs of the patient and the use of the Nanda, Noc and Nic taxonomy.
