Procesos administrativos y financieros en la recaudación de multas de la Comisión de Tránsito del Ecuador Dirección Provincial de los Ríos oficina Babahoyo en el periodo 2019

Administrative and financial processes are essential for the growth of the units that make up an institution. The object of study is the influence of the complacent receipt of replacement orders for damaged citations from the Administrative Unit in the fulfillment of the collection estimates of the Collection Unit; In the development of this work, qualitative as well as quantitative analysis techniques were chosen, using information gathering techniques such as the interview with those in charge of the Babahoyo offices of the Provincial Directorate of Los Ríos. The application of legal and regulatory standards allow positive and lasting effects in the execution of processes at the same time good results in both partial and total evaluations, the Traffic Commission is under regulation of the National Traffic Agency. The citations generated in the year are expressed in nominal and monetary amounts, classified according to their type of contravention and corresponding percentage based on the Unified Basic Salary, the canton in which they were issued, as well as the estimates in dollars and the values actually collected at end of period 2019.
