The object of study is the influence of the complacent receipt of replacement orders for damaged citations from the Administrative Unit in the fulfillment of the collection estimates of the Collection Unit; In the development of this work, qualitative as well as quantitative analysis techniques were chosen, using information gathering techniques such as the interview with those in charge of the Babahoyo offices of the Provincial Directorate of Los Ríos. The application of legal and regulatory standards allow positive and lasting effects in the execution of processes at the same time good results in both partial and total evaluations, the Traffic Commission is under regulation of the National Traffic Agency. The citations generated in the year are expressed in nominal and monetary amounts, classified according to their type of contravention and corresponding percentage based on the Unified Basic Salary, the canton in which they were issued, as well as the estimates in dollars and the values actually collected at end of period 2019. |

El objeto de estudio es la influencia de la recepción complaciente de oficios de reposición de citaciones dañadas de la Unidad Administrativa en el cumplimiento de las estimaciones recaudatorias de la Unidad de Recaudación; en el desarrollo de este trabajo se optó por técnicas de análisis cualitativo como cuantitativo, utilización de técnicas de recolección de información como la entrevista con los encargados de las oficinas Babahoyo, de la Dirección Provincial de Los Ríos. La aplicación de las normas legales y reglamentarias permiten efectos positivos y duraderos en la ejecución de procesos al mismo tiempo buenos resultados en evaluaciones tanto parciales como totales, la Comisión de Tránsito está bajo regulación de la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito.
