Etiketle | Özet: | This research examines the impact of professional training on Communication students and their ability to face ethical dilemmas in the context of digital media aldia.com.ec. The research aims to identify how students acquire ethical competencies during their training, analyze the effect of learning and their ability to deal with conflicts and evaluate the relationship between the values learned and their professional performance in the media. Using surveys as a data collection tool, the sample is composed of 197 Communication students. A mixed approach is used, integrating quantitative and qualitative tools to examine the influence of the ability to face ethical dilemmas in aldia.com.ec. The results will allow proposing improvements in academic training to strengthen students' ability to handle the ethical challenges they face in professional practice. |
