Therefore, this clinical case became a bibliographic review guide for future works related to this topic. |

Therefore, this clinical case became a bibliographic review guide for future works related to this topic.El presente trabajo, se trata de la elaboración de un caso clínico de un paciente con diagnóstico de tuberculosis pulmonar, en el que se pretende como objetivo principal, aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería y las diferentes intervenciones para mejorar el pronóstico del paciente, de la mano de las intervenciones médicas. El trabajo se realiza a través del seguimiento en el Centro de Salud 7 de Octubre, analizando la historia clínica y recolectando datos del mismo. Además, se elaboró el marco teórico mediante la búsqueda de las diferentes fuentes bibliográficas. Y como resultado de este caso clínico posterior a las intervenciones se obtuvo: la aplicación de manera correcta del proceso de atención de enfermería; se dió seguimiento al caso clínico mediante las visitas domiciliarias; se notó la mejoría del cuadro clínico posterior a realizar las intervenciones.
