Sažetak:The present research arises from the concern in the teacher at the time of teleworking and how it affects physical and psychological health, trying to make a small contribution to the expansion of knowledge in the different aspects related to stress and work performance, their ways of coping and the factors involved in this problem. Thus, the professional demands and the development of new teaching methodologies are hindering job performance. For which different data collection techniques are applied, and diagnostic assessment instruments such as the Stress Appreciation Scales (SEA) and the Performance Assessment by Competences. which will allow us to understand and identify the signs and symptoms of stress in order to develop preventive strategies in the workplace of educational institutions and thus improve performance and quality of life. Telecare is currently the new form of communication through digital media, which have been used in the pandemic that we are going through, which generates stress, anguish, directly and indirectly affecting the work done by the teacher to get to comply with the imposed hours and to reach the student in the best way.
