Ejecución presupuestaria de la Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana Núcleo de Los Ríos, en el periodo 2020

The present study of practical cases elaborated in the House of Culture Núcleo de Los Ríos, with the topic “BUDGET EXECUTION OF THE HOUSE OF ECUADORIAN CULTURE NUCLEO DE LOS RIOS, IN THE PERIOD 2020”, presents us with the information on the 2020 period and the execution of each of the corresponding income and expenditure budget items in that period, which had certain repercussions as this was a period where not only the country was in crisis, but also the appearance of the COVID-19 Pandemic. According to this case study, it focuses on identifying the existing gaps in the procedures carried out to comply with the execution of the 2020 annual budget, which will affect the objectives set by the institution within its budget activities programming. For this research, a qualitative investigative method was used, which allowed us to obtain the necessary information through an interview with the legal representative of the institution and the person in charge of the budget department.
