For this research, a qualitative investigative method was used, which allowed us to obtain the necessary information through an interview with the legal representative of the institution and the person in charge of the budget department. |

For this research, a qualitative investigative method was used, which allowed us to obtain the necessary information through an interview with the legal representative of the institution and the person in charge of the budget department.El presente caso de estudio práctico elaborado en la Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Los Ríos, con el tema “EJECUCION PRESUPUESTARIA DE LA CASA DE LA CULTURA ECUATORIANA NUCLEO DE LOS RIOS, EN EL PERIODO 2020”, nos presenta la información sobre el periodo 2020 y la ejecución de cada una de las partidas presupuestarias de ingresos y gastos correspondientes en ese periodo, las mismas que tuvieron ciertas repercusiones al ser este un periodo donde no solo el país estuvo en crisis, sino la aparición de la Pandemia COVID-19. De acuerdo al presente caso de estudio práctico se enfoca a identificar las carencias existentes en los procedimientos realizados para cumplir con la ejecución del presupuesto anual 2020, lo que afectará los objetivos planteados por la institución dentro de su programación de actividades presupuestarias.
