SUMMARY In the investigation of the purpose of the study was the evaluation of the production of compost with organic elements with the inoculation of beneficial microorganisms as accelerating agents of the decomposition process in the sector of Tuscuaza, located in the parish of San Isidro, canton Espejo, province de Carchi, in order to determine the dose and the most suitable microorganisms for the decomposition process. The investigation of seven treatments with the combination of three more doses contracted an experimental design of Complete Blocks at Chance (DBCA), with a factorial arrangement (A x B + 1), combined, giving us a total of 21 experimental units, with areas which were 1.5 m2, with a total area of 154.00 m2. It evaluates the performance of micro-organisms with the appropriate doses that were statistically measured in temperature, humidity, time of decomposition, yield and economic analysis of each of the treatments with a check that was made by the test Tukey's multiple range. at 5% probability The results include the generation with the appropriate dose for the generation with Trichoderma and Bacillus that with the dose of 300 cc, reached high differences in the treatments with temperature, humidity, time of decomposition, yield and economic analysis, with a yield of 82, 90 kg., And an economic profit of 189.50 USD / treatment. As for the control, it was found that the application of any type of microorganism reached a yield of 79.90 kg., With a negative cost of 209.50 USD / treatment. What we gain with the application of treatments in the fastest decomposition time. |
