সংক্ষিপ্ত:Having a decent and stable job is a right and a personal aspiration that every person has, in the vast majority of cases for deaf people, achieving these aspirations is quite a challenge, not only due to the high unemployment rate or the high competitiveness that exists in the workplace, but for the lack of physical and technological tools to help them communicate, learn, develop and function in the workplace. To mitigate this social problem, the CONADIS of the city of Babahoyo offers the Labor Integration Service, which aims to provide guidance to users with disabilities to locate a job or to improve the job profile through specific training in areas such as: Entrepreneurship, Taxation or IT. When training deaf people, the institution faces a particular challenge: providing access to information for deaf people, since there are no content or study guides in sign language, which are difficult and unsatisfactory results. training. With the present case study, through the technical, operational and economic feasibility study, the aim was to find out first-hand whether the availability of the necessary resources exists to carry out the creation of multimedia software, so that the needs of deaf people learning.
