Summary:This case study deals with the problems related to the sales processes that are generated in the Ronquillo Sandoya group of the City of Babahoyo, a marketer of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies. The importance of the investigative activity is framed in recommendations, aimed at strengthening the company's sales. To achieve the objectives, methods of the empirical and theoretical level of scientific research were used, among them the documentary study and the analysis and synthesis. In the research chosen to write this, findings were achieved such as the identification of strategies capable of enhancing the marketing processes of the company under study, which, if taken into account by the managers of the marketing entity, could improve sales management, Using an interview, a survey of the manager, director and clients based on the needs of the latter, arriving at the following conclusions: the realization of a market study that facilitates the company to make informed decisions about the launch of new products, the entry into new markets and the use of strategies that condition the company's advertising, recommending the application of digital marketing strategies and trained personnel.
