Riassunto:SUMARY For quite some time, people are becoming more aware of the importance of the human factor in the success of plans and programs and the achievement of organizational goals. Traditionally, Human Resource Management has been seen as secondary and irrelevant. The main concern of the departments responsible in some institutions has been limited to the administration of payroll, personnel files and collective labor relations. Even today there are some organizations operating under the traditional approach. People spend much of our lives at work. And develop in life is usually linked to development work. Integrated development not only to learn new things, but also to develop skills and abilities of various kinds. Human Resource Management, then, becomes a crucial aspect, as if the success of institutions and organizations depends largely on what people do and how they do it, then investing in people can generate big profits. Thus, an operational area, HR becomes the strategic partner of all other areas, being able to promote teamwork and radically transform the organization. That is its purpose: that people fully develop individually and in groups, thereby achieving growth of the organization.
