In this way, the methodology used in this work is aimed at the scientific investigation of variables such as: Cyber addiction and suicidal behavior which are exposed in this case study, in addition, the use of different techniques of Cognitive Therapy was required. behavioral, which allowed the proposed objective to be fulfilled in an optimal way to later provide the corresponding therapy to the patient through a therapeutic plan which includes a Cognitive Restructuring procedure aimed at modifying those thoughts that the patient presented during the psychological intervention, all this in order for the patient to overcome their problem and improve their quality of life, both personal and social. |
