INFLUENCIA DE LA ASERTIVIDAD COMUNICACIONAL EN LOS PROCESOS DE APRENDIZAJE EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA UTB EXT QUEVEDO

This research project was carried out at the Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, extension Quevedo, which aims to analyze the influence of communicational assertiveness in the students' learning process, create good interpersonal relationships, and promote good behaviors and valueswithin the classroom. , in order to work in a pleasant environment that generates trust. The types of research were field and bibliographic; the method to be used was inductive. The instrument used in the research was a survey addressed to students and teachers; a Rathus assertiveness test to students to assess assertive behavior in different situations that arise. The results of applying the research instruments are represented in a tabular and graphical way, which indicate that most of them know and practice assertiveness, but the other part does not apply assertiveness in their classroom, either for fear of expressing themselves.
