The SIG will be very useful to improve the Purchasing and Sales processes that are developed in the “HERMANOS CHIMBO” Hardware Store.Actualmente es notable que los Sistemas de Información Gerencial son necesarios en la mayoría de empresas para poder cumplir con los objetivos de los negocios así como también en la toma de decisiones, pero hay muchas empresas que no cuentan con un Sistema de Información Gerencial que permita facilitar sus procesos de compras y ventas, el cual hace que la empresa tenga pérdida de tiempo en cuanto a la atención, es por ello que se desea implementar un SIG en la Ferretería “HERMANOS CHIMBO” localizada en el cantón Pueblo Viejo para que mejore estos procesos, el sistema se basará en el problema actual por el cual está pasando la empresa, para conocer si la implementación de este SIG es factible o no, se realizo un estudio de factibilidad operativo, técnico y económico. Se pretende desarrollar el SIG en NetBeans IDE 8.2 y el Motor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL.
