Gestión de las secretarias y su incidencia en los procesos administrativos del Ministerio De Inclusión Económica y Social del cantón Babahoyo provincia de los Ríos

This research work aims to describe the activities that took place regarding the management of secretaries, the incidence in the Administrative Processes of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion of the Babahoyo Canton, Province of Los Ríos. To this end, an analysis of the problems presented by the MIES officials was made, a situation that has been evidenced by this problem with respect to the management carried out by the secretaries, where they restated this problem in which the analysis and analysis processes are described. Comparison of theories to structure the theoretical framework once this information is valid, allowed theoretical knowledge of the phenomena proposed. Then we searched and raised the indicators of causes and effects to structure the questions of the surveys, once applied, the information could be extracted to proceed to tabulate this information and make an analysis and interpretation and arrive at the conclusion of the problem and to be able to issue recommendation criteria. Then we looked for the alternatives that later allowed us to propose a solution to the problems raised in the research, to try to solve this problem
