The results obtained when faced with the question of whether the group of students has knowledge about what an online classroom is, was 65% of the sample knows what an online classroom is, while 29% agree and 6% agree. disagreement, it can be deduced that the knowledge about the online classroom is not null, but rather favorable, which makes the virtual study modality more bearable. |

El tipo de investigación utilizada es la investigación exploratoria y la investigación descriptiva. El grupo de estudio fue conformado por dieciséis (16) estudiantes del 8vo semestre de la Carrera de Secretariado Ejecutivo Bilingüe, lo cual simboliza a un %100 de la población de estudio, para la recolección de datos se aplicó una encuesta a los dieciseis (16) estudiantes, conformado por diez (10) preguntas, preguntas que, determinaron la comodidad que sienten los estudiantes ante la implementación de un aula online como medio para la adquisición de conocimientos.
