Redes sociales y su incidencia en la calidad de vida en la época de pandemia en los habitantes del sector el desquite en la Parroquia Viva Alfaro, año 2022

THEME: SOCIAL NETWORKS AND ITS IMPACT ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC IN THE INHABITANTS OF THE SECTOR REVENGE OF THE VIVA ALFARO PARISH OF THE QUEVEDO CANTON, YEAR 2021 The present work focused on evidence of the repercussions and incidences of social networks on the quality of life of people, which for the developed study included the participation of the inhabitants of the El Desquite sector of the Viva Alfaro parish of the Quevedo canton. . Descriptive and analytical research was used to know the characteristics of the object of study, the qualitative and quantitative method to carry out a measurable work and obtain all the distinguishable features of the information, applying the survey technique that will be represented in statistical data. . Everything mentioned above served to verify the veracity of the problem, identifying as the main problem the excessive use of social networks, denoting a radical distancing in family relationships. Suggestions were established to eradicate this problem, such as making schedules for the proper use of mobile devices and activities that help strengthen the family. A multiple-choice questionnaire was used for people in the sector, whose result after analysis shows that social networks in the right hands have become an effective tool for work, study, business, as a means of information, communication. , and in the wrong hands it became an addictive weapon that separated the members of the family under the same roof, creating lack of communication, neglect, conflicts and discussions, etc., thus deteriorating the family nucleus.
