In the care process, it was pertinent to apply the Marjory Gordon model, which is characterized by not only focusing on physical health but also on emotional, spiritual, and without being less the social sphere that, together with NANDA, allows patients to be valued and determine actions based on their needs, about the clinical manifestations and nursing care that must be provided, becoming a support model for health professionals. In the deployment of this work, the importance of offering updated information is evident, as well as describing the nursing care process in schoolchildren with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, for which the care techniques established in the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomy are applied. |
