Gustavo von Lippke, gerente propietario, sus primeras emisiones se efectuaron en el edificio Aguirre ubicado en las calles 5 de junio entre Eloy Alfaro y Rocafuerte de la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde permaneció hasta el año 2003. En la actualidad Radio Fluminense S.A se encuentra ubicado en las calles Eloy Alfaro # 315 entre la Av. 5 de junio y 10 de agosto, 2do piso, oficina 202 del edificio Faytong. Esta radio se inició con una frecuencia local, es decir con 250 watts de potencia y sus emisiones fueron con programas regulares, de contenidos sencillos y espacios musicales, la frecuencia asignada para operar era 100.9 FM. Hoy en día cuenta con una frecuencia provincial en el dial 101.5 FM. La radio empezó con cuatro trabajadores, la señora.
