Тойм:The following clinical case is a complex examination modality, in which an analysis and description is carried out assessing the patient's symptoms caused by a fracture, and what are the interventions to be carried out by the nursing staff, applying the (PAE) Nursing Care Process to reduce complications of the pathology. This clinical case is a 33-year-old male patient with an exposed fracture in the right lower limb. Fractures are complex as they can cause a degree of disability, emphasizing the health needs that the patient requires and this will allow us to achieve the proposed objectives, establishing the appropriate nursing diagnosis to provide care necessary for the patient's prompt recovery. The justification of the issue is raised and objectives are proposed that allow to have a clear goal to act effectively and in a timely manner before the state of health of the patient. Complementary diagnostic tests and means yield important information that can define a clear diagnosis. Likewise, it can be indicated that, through the assessment and application of Marjorie Gordon's model, and the use of the methodology of the taxonomy of the NANDA- NOC- and NIC, the altered functional patterns are determined. Once the Nursing Care Process (PAE) has been applied, the care carried out is evaluated, in which an improvement is observed for the patient, achieving his favorable discharge.
