| Sumario: | The case study entitled "Supply system in the Multicomercial “A.P” in the city of Babahoyo period 2021”, whose main commercial activity is the purchase and sale of hardware products, construction, supplies for the home, bazaar and varieties, has as a general objective; Analyze the supply system, through observation in the current acquisition of purchases in the Multicomercial “A.P.” , the hypothetical-deductive method was applied, since it will allow to investigate bases from facts and in this way generate relevant comments for the development of this case study, the techniques that are implemented were the following: the observation technique and interview concluding the following: The study is framed under the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it has been tried to determine and know the problematic factors presented in the Multicomercial “A.P.”, which has been identified as presenting a deficit in the current management in the control of goods, causing insecurity to customers for not finding the supplies required for their needs, in addition to the lack of strategies in the current supply system, has produced a deficient organization of merchandise in the warehouse area, and due to the inadequate distribution of hangers in the establishment. These and other negative peculiarities that affect the Multicomercial “A.P.”, are detailed in greater depth in the development of this study. |
