Emma Apunte Aguirre entidad que a través de los años ha venido evolucionando en ventas donde al principio comenzaron con una tienda de abastos hasta convertirse en una empresa de alto nivel de posicionamiento con un rendimiento factible, dando lugar a fuente de trabajo para la sociedad cuenta con los departamentos necesarios y un ambiente acogedor, áreas clasificadas según su naturaleza, equipos de alta tecnología ,programas actualizados y un personal con conocimientos en sus áreas, que labora día a día por hacer mejor su trabajo. El gerente para medir el rendimiento utiliza dos tipos de parámetros que son el margen de error y la optimización de tiempo, en base a esto el gerente realiza una evaluación de desempeño para conocer sus comportamientos, desarrollo potencial y su participación laboral, esto lo realiza mensualmente utilizando la técnica de entrevista e informes, resultados que no han sido satisfactorios.Babahoyo : UTBIng.
