The parish of Los Guayacanes is located in the city of Quevedo where it consists of a large number of inhabitants the need to be aware of cultural events the elaboration of a creative space to establish programs with content using adequate lexicon as society needs good news. In this project we give the motivation to this television media to develop opinion that improves the cultural evolution of this parish. |
