In this project we give the motivation to this television media to develop opinion that improves the cultural evolution of this parish.En la actualidad en la parroquia no existe un medio de comunicación que se centre solo informar los acontecimientos , este proyecto será de gran utilidad para los moradores ya que existen muchos canales que no cuenta con un programa que informe sobre la evolución cultural por esta razón es necesario crear un espacio televisivo. La parroquia los Guayacanes se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Quevedo donde consta con una gran cantidad de habitantes la necesidad de estar noticiados de los sucesos culturales la elaboración de un espacio creativo para establecer programas con contenidos utilizando léxico adecuado ya que la sociedad necesita de una buena noticia.
